This 2-hour journey begins with a sacred cacao ceremony, inviting you to open your heart, ground your energy, and set intentions aligned with the moon’s powerful release energy. As the cacao gently activates your system, we guide you through gentle breathwork & reflection, creating space for clarity and release.

You’ll then be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and healing frequencies that allow your nervous system to soften and your mind to drift into stillness. The combination of cacao and sound works synergistically to bring emotional balance, inner insight, and energetic alignment.
